Instructions for appeal of RBRA administrative Citations are located on the back of the Yellow Copy of the issued citation and must be received no greater than 10 days from the date of citation.
In Order to appeal the citation an advance deposit equal to the amount of the written citation is required in accordance with RBRA code section 1.04.050.
If you are unable to provide the advance deposit due to financial hardship you may apply for a Citation Appeal Finanacial Hardship Waiver granted by the Executive Director.
Please fill out the Hardship Waiver Request form , sign and return to any RBRA staff member (photos of completed forms are accepted), and your citation appeal will be considered.
