At it’s September 11, 2025 Board Meeting, the RBRA Board of Directors approved proposed Ordinance 25-02, and authorized a 30 day public Comment period beginning September 12, 2025. Ordinance 25-02 modifies RBRA Code Sections 3.04.010 - 3.04.020 as shown in the attached document.
